Delicious, Refreshing, and Fulfilling Tomato and Mozzarella Salad with Basil

Ingredients:

 

  • 3-4 tomatoes

  • 150 g mini mozzarella balls

  • 1 onion

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • Pinch of Himalayan salt or regular salt

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Juice of half a freshly squeezed lemon

  • Walnuts, according to your taste

  • A bunch of basil leaves, according to your taste

  • Chives, according to your taste

 Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together, including moderately chopped tomatoes, mini mozzarella balls, finely chopped onion, walnuts, and a bunch of basil leaves. Add a pinch of black pepper and Himalayan or regular salt to taste. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the salad. Mix well and serve. This is a super easy, quick, and most importantly, healthy and filling salad that provides beneficial nutrients from all the ingredients.
