Delicious, Refreshing, and Fulfilling Tomato and Mozzarella Salad with Basil
Ingredients:
3-4 tomatoes
150 g mini mozzarella balls
1 onion
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of Himalayan salt or regular salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Juice of half a freshly squeezed lemon
Walnuts, according to your taste
A bunch of basil leaves, according to your taste
Chives, according to your taste
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together, including moderately chopped tomatoes, mini mozzarella balls, finely chopped onion, walnuts, and a bunch of basil leaves. Add a pinch of black pepper and Himalayan or regular salt to taste. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the salad. Mix well and serve.
